For some reason, whenever I attempt to call to check on a resident, no one will answer the phone. This is ridiculous. I have attempted to call 4 days in a row and no answer.

Could use training among night shift on responding to patient call lights. Food is great, and most workers try to focus on patients emotional and physical needs

I was there from before Thanksgivig through January 14. The staff was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better care. The girls were so sweet. The rehab was wonderful. They were teaching me to walk and I would still be there if the insurance hadn't thrown me out. I need just a little more rehab and I would have been walking and ready to go myself. Patients know when they are healed, not insurance companies. I wouldn't be as far as I am without this rehab and their help. I recommend them to anyone who needs a loving hard working place for their loved one.

My brother's diaper is not getting change on time. Room was dirty no trash empty and bed not cleaned. I pray he can make it out of there. HAD PNEUMONIA AND THEY DON'T DO NECK TRACS🫤

This facility has a very bad odor , all nurses should been banned from cellular usage while working in the facility. They have a lack of work ethic bathing patients, (regardless of refusal) (due to being rough with the patients) The state law requires bathing either way so therefore I highly recommend a four or five star facility.. health care professionals must be compassionate about health care
