I was extremely disappointed in my experience at this facility. It consistently looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned, we continually ran out of clean linens and I saw that the number of staff to assist the residents did not appear adequate. That is concerning to me anywhere people receive care.
Also, I have personally witnessed the Head Administrator act in an unprofessional manner. She has smoked in her car in the parking lot when she tells the patients they cannot smoke in their cars. And she vapes inside the building. I think that type of behavior speaks to the quality of your leaders and whether or not you believe in accountability for everyone in the organization. Based on everything I saw myself, I would not recommend this organization.

This place is disgusting, lack of staff, does not know how to care for a trach patient. They had my brother with a bad UTI that became a bad kidney infection & when we kept pressing why it was blood in his urine they said it was normal & we’ll have the dr come but they never came. My brother also had a trach that their lack of cleaning it caused him to develop pneumonia along with the bad uti caused him to be rushed to the hospital where it was discovered that the rehab was not cleaning his trach properly & was clogged & back up which is the reason he was rushed to hospital because he couldn’t breathe & the infection was so severe his blood pressure was extremely low. I Can go on & on about the lack of care this place provides that I do not understand how they are still open. They put patients here that do not have rich funds & give them the minimal amount of care while literally killing them in the process yet nobody budges regarding complaints of lack of care.

Not very impressed the way the facility ran things. Shortage of nurses or undersceduled, nurses felt rushed to see patients or lack bedside manners. Lack of communication or conversation, one only spoke Spanish to Me when I don't speak spanish. Nurses seem to pass on tacks to other nurses, I had waited 5 days for dressing change when supposed to be every day. My stay was for 5 weeks, maybe saw doctors 3 times. I had to ask to see them, never came to check up on their own will. Medical orders seem to got lost or never fulfilled. When arrived here from the hospital, asked about taking a shower, they had no hot water for two weeks. Lost some clothes from their laundry service. Took almost two weeks to get SOME of my clothes back. When I had a question or issue felt like getting the run around from staff. Therapy staff were great. They seem to have things together. So before considering do your research, make sure this facility is right for you or your loved ones.

This nursing home is a wonderful place. The nurses and care staff truly care for their patients and always go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. The environment is warm, welcoming, and well-maintained, which gives families peace of mind. Communication is great, and you can tell the staff take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable care! 👌😊

I recently toured this facility about 3 months ago while attempting to help a family friend find long term care for her aging father and I wasn’t too impressed. However, revisiting on yesterday…what a difference! As a RN I was thoroughly impressed by said difference! We seem to have come during a week of celebration for the staff and it looks as if even the patients were in great spirits celebrating the staff. I do think the new Director has a big part to do with this transformation and I am happy to see it. I look forward to seeing how my friends father transitions here and seeing how the facility grows!
