I would recommend Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation to anyone who wants physical rehabilitation and occupational rehabilitation. The treatment in the facility was fantastic, and the food was excellent too. Anyone seeking PT and OT, this is the place to be.

Newly renovated facility. VERY CLEAN! The staff; from admin on down is professional and compassionate towards the residents and family. I have no worries that my loved one is in the right place.

It was a caring and pleasant place to come to for rehabilitation and for healing my wounds. I made some good friends and met a lot of nice staff. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I would recommend this facility for you or your loved one.

My mom was here for a short stay, the receptionist and staff were always willing to help and seemed caring, Michelle deserves more than 5 stars! She was kind, showed empathy and was extremely concerned and caring! She briefed me on her daily updates. My mom’s demeanor changed was more awake, and cognizant of her surroundings. I as very pleased with her care. If she gets approved for long term care I would love for her to come here.
