A cute little community! Great food, the residents always look happy and well cared for, and the staffing ratios are excellent for assisted living.

The outside of the building alone had many safety hazards for old people you obviously don’t care about and that attitude kills the people living there as they can not leave without tripping on tiny cracks in the sidewalk and bumps mean mt to keep me UPS guy away but only serve to hurt old people. The Robert Street Business Association is on notice. It is illegal to have that structure with the surrounding sidewalk set up and the cracks s over that buildings front walk. Shame RSBA. Get out. I’m only 44. My relatives wouldn’t go near this place. You do have uneven sidewalks that do not meet the tiles around the trees it is tripping hazard. There’s whole libraries to read in Florida about this stuff. The sidewalk and the northwest corner has curb in the middle. I tripped on it personally. Don’t argue with me.

The housing director is terrible. Majority of the staff is great but the bad ones are allowed to continue to work. I was trying to get out of there by doing a transfer to another location and they sabotaged the move. They tried to pit the 2 guardians against each other, but it didn’t work . They are unable to keep a nurse on staff. The nurses that they get don’t make daily rounds or even weekly checks. My husband has gone 6-7 hours without being checked or changed , even though the computer reminds them to check every 2 hours. Do not bring your loved one here, especially with the current housing director. They are constantly short staffed and the some of the caregivers sit around with headphones in and do not interact with residents. There are a couple of caregivers that are disrespectful to the residents, mean to residents and dismissive.

Suite Living is the BEST senior care living that my family has experienced. My family had to make the hard decision of placing our grandmother into assisted living due to her dementia and Suite Living has taken the absolute best care of her. From Nurses all the way up to management, they are the most kind and helpful people that have made this hard change very easy on our family. Our grandma is happy and very well taken care of. 100% RECOMMEND.

West St. Paul has been a wonder place for my loved one! My family could not have asked for a better place!! The nurse and housing director are absolutely AMAZING! Missy was wonderful with our tour and all the information provided to choose the best option for my loved one. We grateful for everyone with Suite Living!
