The nursing assistant Audrey was so amazing. I’ve been in healthcare worker for over 20 years and she is by far the best nursing assistant I’ve ever met. She has a true compassionate and caring heart.

My family had a wonderful experience at Southview Acres Health Care Center. From the moment my mother arrived, we noticed how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. The entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and always willing to help her with whatever she needed.<br><br>The physical therapy team did an outstanding job. They genuinely cared about helping my mother regain her mobility and strength, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was reassuring to know she was receiving such dedicated care.<br><br>I would especially like to recognize Brenda, Brownie, the nurses, and Katrina in Physical Therapy. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and encouragement made a real difference in my mother's recovery.<br><br>Southview Acres also offers activities and church services, which helped create a welcoming and supportive environment for the residents.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend Southview Acres to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my mother's recovery and made our family feel supported.

My brother is now a resident of Southview Acres Health Care Center. The view from the window of his room, of which the roommate's section is currently vacant, includes cultivated shrubs and trees. The room is always kept clean and is adequate for my brother's needs. A common resident room down the hall has a number of windows with a view of the golf course across the street. A meal that I observed was attractively served. My brother seemed to enjoy it and left part of it uneaten because it was more than enough. When I came for a visit an attendant in an sdministrative area bordering a common resident area recognized me and pointed out the back of my brother's mostly bald head. I was able to have my brother taken out of the group of residents watching a TV show and I pushed his wheelchair to his room where, in accord with my brother's preference, I continued to read to him from the book "The Count of Monte Cristo". It gives us chance to comment on the extremely unlikely events in the adventure story which we both enjoy none-the-less. Whenever there was a need for an attendant to look after my brother, the needed assistance was provided in a pleasant and expeditious manner.
