Heart to Home operates small-scale residential senior care, memory care, and hospice care homes in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Founded in 2007, the community provides an alternative to large assisted living and nursing home facilities, with each home housing 6–7 residents and maintaining staff-to-resident ratios of 1:3 or 1:4 during daytime and evening hours.
