About Dignified Living Home Care

Dignified Living Home Care provides in-home care services in West St Paul, Minnesota and the surrounding Southeast Metro area. The company offers personalized support to seniors and individuals with mental or physical disabilities, allowing clients to receive care in the comfort of their own homes rather than in a facility setting.

Services include healthcare advocacy, household management, community participation, financial advocacy, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). The company does not offer around-the-clock care but works closely with clients to provide services when they are most needed. While the team is experienced in assisting clients with mild memory loss and can provide routine support, reminders, and companionship, they do not currently offer specialized memory care services for dementia or Alzheimer's.

Dignified Living creates personalized care plans following an initial consultation, with services often starting within a week. The company prioritizes consistency by scheduling the same caregiver or team of caregivers whenever possible to build familiarity and trust, matching caregivers based on the client's needs, preferences, and personality. Care plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted as client needs change.

The company accepts certain private and long-term care insurances that cover in-home care services. Clients have the option to continue working with a trusted caregiver if they already have one in mind.

We're very happy with the care that Dignified Living has provided for our daughter over the past couple of years. The staff has always been responsive and helpful as our family's needs change throughout the school year and summertime and they check in with us regularly to ensure that things are going well. The providers that they've sent us have been cheerful and knowledgeable in working with us and caring for our daughter. We're very pleased with the service they provide.

Prior to having Dignified Living working with our daughter, she was trying to be on top of all the “adulting” needed but often became overwhelmed or frustrated. Having Dignified Living staff come to her apartment to assist and guide has made a big difference for her. She is demonstrating motivation to become independent and is gaining new skills each session. She enjoys working with the staff and looks forward to doing things with them.

I have known the owner for 15 years and I understand that the core of this organization is a heart of serving the whole person with gentleness, kindness and love. I applaud them and highly recommend them to anyone considering in-home care for your loved one. This is the way to care for our elderly and other persons in need: giving them the love they need.

I've heard really good things about them. And I personally know a number of people who work for them. Really good, conscientious, and compassionate people.
