The staff and nurses are generally friendly and do their best with the resources available. However, the overall cleanliness of the facility could be improved. The administration office is poorly organized and lacks helpfulness. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Words cannot express how appreciative I am for what Oakwood Rehab has done for my father. From the initial tour of the facility with Jasmine in admissions, we knew this was going to be the right facility. The transition to the facility from the hospital went without any issues and the staff immediately were attentive to his needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehab.

This facility is absolutely amazing. From the nursing staff to the therapy staff, I was so happy that the hospital referred my mother here. The nurses, Caroline, Levita, Cynthia and all the other nurses that cared for her when she was there are all great and compassionate. Because of the care in the facility, my mother was able to discharge safely and is continuing to do well. Thank you Oakwood Rehab and Nursing!

I had to call the Westmont Police to do a wellness check on my mother. 2 weeks ago, I had asked for my mother to have a phone cord installed in her room and it seems that they still haven’t had time to install a phone cord. My mother is also not capable of keeping track of a cell phone. Two weeks and still no working phone. The cord is nowhere to be found.

Upon entering the nursing facility, I was warmly greeted by Lashay, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor immediately stood out. She is an exceptional receptionist, and this establishment is fortunate to have her representing them.
