I had to put my mom in this facility back in June. The communication from the staff is AWESOME!!! My mom even said "this is a cozy place" - it makes my heart smile to know that she is being so well taken care of! She is on the memory care hall and the CNA's, Nurses, etc have been absolutely wonderful!!! 5 stars for Oakview!!!!

My mother has been here since November. The biggest help we have had has been from Ashleigh she helped with the admission and always answers the phone or text when I have a hard time getting in touch with anyone. She is kind and understanding and very empathetic. It hasn’t been easy but she made it better. The 5 star is for Ashleigh specifically.

I admit it this last month has been hell. However there was a bright light in the tunnel. Oakview Health & Rehabilitation. It is an amazing facility. The staff is awesome. They really care about the patient as a whole. I can’t say enough about the treatment I received. I know I will forget someone, I am sorry if I do. Dylan, Emily (both of them), Desmond, Kelsey, Debbie, Becky, Becca, Charlie Hannah Foster ( thank you for your shoulder), the entire staff. It is the cleanest facility I have ever seen. I have told everyone that should I ever need a nursing home, Oakview is the place I am going. When I was first told that I would be going there, I wasn’t pleased at all. All kinds of images went through my mind. None of them were pleasant. But within a span of about 2 hours, my opinion drastically changed. I just want to thank everyone at Oakview. You treated me splendidly. If I could, I would give you a 10 star rating.
