I was disappointed in the operation of the Memory Care Facility. They were lacking in activities, poorly operated, lack compassion and care, and did not seem to take my concerns seriously. I was frustrated with this place. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Be thorough when researching facilities as it seems the Department of Community Health complaint process is severely lacking as well.

The food is not the quality that would be expected from here. The people just don’t seem to care, greasy food, fried food, and not nutritional. They have been asked to make improvements to no avail, many people are moving out!
