My mother had to stay here for three weeks and I must say that the staff here were absolutely amazing!!! Every person I came in contact with showed genuine compassion and the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Our family cannot thank the staff at this nursing home enough for the incredible care they provide to my grandmother. She has dementia and requires more assistance than we alone can provide. Entrusting someone else with that level of care is never easy, but this team has given us complete confidence that she is in caring and capable hands. They all treat my grandmother with patience, dignity, and compassion every day. They go above and beyond to ensure she is clean, safe and well cared for. Their kindness and dedication give our family tremendous. peace of mind. This facility doesn't just provide excellent care- it creates a true sense of community and helps residents maintain a meaningful quality of life. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who works here and the love, compassion and dedication they show every day. We highly recommend this facility to any family searching for a place where their loved one will be treated with respect, kindness and genuine care.

My grandmother was put in here after an accident for rehab ( her knee) and while she was there she roomed with a sweet old lady who never got the help she needed. Anytime we called or visited her roommate would be yelling for help because the staff rarely came to check on them. She would press a button for help and nothing would happen so she had to call the front desk for help when they came to help her all they did was turn on the ac and take their food from lunch(it was 4pm) her roommate was saying she had trouble breathing. This has happened on many occasions that I've seen or heard in the past 3 weeks, no one in a nursing home should ever get that kind of treatment. I wish I could write everything that I saw while i was there but I don’t think I can type that many words for a review. There would be an essay. Please don’t send your family here they will not be given the respect and care they deserve.

My brother was there a couple years ago, sent there from Redmond hospital for rehab. He had surgery to repair his torn pelvis region and was unable to walk. Their rehab consisted of getting him out of bed and sitting him in a chair for one hour and leaving him alone. Then coming back and getting him out of the chair and putting back in bed. So much for rehab! He died a week after being released from Harbor View. Food was awful. Bed was old and terrible also.
