If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. CNAs on their phones, patients staying in soiled diapers for extended periods of time causing burns on their skin. If you care about your loved one and the actual care they receive then please do not put them in this place. Several complaints have been made and they fix everything up when company comes but if it’s a regular day then the workers are just there to be on the clock and not actually care for the patients. Someone needs to go check them out unannounced and then they will see what we see as family members with loved ones that are there.

My grandmother was placed here bc her POA approved it. In 3 weeks time a NP told the POA it was either a feeding tube or hospice when this wasn't what I was told by her therapist at her rehab. Also was told today that an employee walked out w/o notice bc this facility hasn't had hot water in weeks!!! Rome/ Floyd county you all have failed our elderly leaving this as another option to send people to.

This place is a joke.... It could be so much better. The residents deserve so much better. But when they have employees that actually LOVE their job AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS.... they let them get terminated for reasons that directly how unprofessional their department heads are... So thanks fifth Ave! And thanks Joni!!

The hardest thing that a loved one will ever have to do is try and find the best place for a loved one. My brother is 57 years old and suffered an aneurysm approximately 3 years ago. He was in a coma and when he came out, he was completely blind with a bit of brain damage which escalated his state of Dementia and we are at a point where we are trying to find the best place for him. The staff here was very comforting and personable. You can tell that they really truly care for everyone and they treat the residence with dignity, compassion and respect. My brother is in review at the moment and I hope that he will be accepted. When I started my search for the right place I weeded out over 20 other places until I found this place. God bless them for being the ultimate definition of caregivers.

My Mama is here. It has a STAFF of CAREGIVERS and an OFFICE STAFF that I feel are exceptional. If a problem arises it is dealt with in a timely manner. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. The staff greet residents by name and are respectful. There are ACTIVITIES planned for the residents on a daily basis. They are varied and residents look forward to them. The staff will get residents to ACTIVITIES when they need assistance. CLEANLINESS is one thing that drew us to this facility as well as the fact that the residents are able to move beds around and decorate their room to their taste. Does not look like a regimental, got to be a certain way, facility. It feels more like a community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!
