Oaks At Menorah Park Campus

The Oaks at Menorah Park Campus is an independent senior living community in Syracuse, New York. The community supports an active lifestyle with spacious apartments and a clinical review team available to assist residents with any transitions or changes in medical condition.

Dining and meal services are central to daily life at The Oaks. Full-service kitchens serve dinner Monday through Saturday with menu choices, as well as catering, lunch, weekend brunch, and continental breakfast. Exceptionally delicious kosher cuisine is served every evening for dinner and Sunday brunch, with residents able to dine in the formal dining room or in the privacy of their apartments. Lunch is also served daily in the Courtyard Cafe.

The community offers extensive transportation services including weekly trips to grocery stores, scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments (with medical appointments costing $5 within a 10-mile radius). Amenities include multi-purpose rooms for games, crafts, and lectures, a beauty salon and barbershop, monthly housekeeping and dry cleaning services, laundry lounges with complimentary washers and dryers, emergency pull-cords in each apartment, and 24-hour building security.

A robust activities program encourages residents to maintain an active lifestyle. Exercise opportunities include chair yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, strength and balance classes, and a walking club. The community also hosts monthly nutrition talks, themed luncheons and dinners, resident birthday parties, book clubs, council meetings, knitting clubs, and evening films. Visits from the DeWitt library provide additional cultural engagement.

Apartments feature spacious living areas, easy-to-use dining spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and modern safety features in bathrooms along with emergency call systems. Some units include a den with extra-large closets for storage.
