Monthly rent includes housekeeping, 24/7 service, and access to on-site amenities such as a bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon. Full-service apartment homes include full kitchens, spacious closets, and walk-in showers with safety features, with some units offering patios or balconies.

Activities and programs include fitness classes, card games, movies, workshops, and live entertainment held regularly throughout the week. The community operates a 150-seat theater, fitness center, game room, puzzle room, and various recreation spaces. An RLC Travel Program allows residents to stay in guest suites at sister communities. On-site services include a physical therapist, occupational and physical therapy trained staff, and a transportation van for appointments, activities, and church services.
