administration/owners should all be fired for their gross incompetence and essentially for not upholding best practice standards. they refuse to staff the center appropriately therefore overworking current nursing staff. they’d rather focus taking money from patients than ensure a safe environment for them.

My brother was there and had a medical emergency and they took him to the hospital 2 days later! Do not let your family member go to this nursing facility! They neglect their patients!

Absolutely horrific! My father was there for a short span and we had to go up there daily to make sure he was being treated right. His room was a mess, they lost his new clothes, and broke his fan, that we had to bring up because his room was hotter than hell! I asked for a drink of water for him three times, but the LPN's couldn't be bothered to stop watching TV to get him one. He fell out of his bed multiple times and his overall care was on the verge of negligent! When I complained to the director he asked if I had spoken If I had spoken to the Head of Nursing of the Head of Housekeeping. No, I haven't. I'm speaking to you. Perhaps you should come out of your office and speak to your employees, because apparently nobody can do their job!!

Always understaffed and therefore they can not possibly take care of the needs of their residents. This results in blatant neglect The majority of the staff working there are traveling CNAs and nurses. I will often find the CNAs sitting on their phones doing nothing while patients have needs. When patient needs are pointed out to them, they will take care of the issue. When brought to the attention of the administration, I received a lot of lip service but nothing changes. We have to check in on my loved one everyday to make sure she is dry and comfortable.

Absolutely despicable care and non-existent communication. I'm writing this on behalf of my Father's experience dealing with my Grandfather's admission. Little to no physical therapy was actually done, they just put my Grandfather in a diaper to lay in his bed all day. I visited once and the assist/call button had very little slack and would easily fall off of his bed. It took 2 weeks of my Father visiting every day for the social worker to finally send over transfer papers to get him to another facility. My Father went to visit him, only to find out from the secretary that he was admitted to Upstate for a serious health issue. ZERO communication or phone call about this. His room was cleared of all his possessions to be stored in a box in the basement, even his bed was removed. If you have a shred of care for your loved ones, do not admit them here.
