This place is beautiful and very clean and has the nicest staff from the front desk, to the admissions, to the nursing and kitchen staff.

Beautiful place with nice workers. However, they can’t handle skilled memory care. They are great if your loved one is fairly healthy, but they will drop you or push you out when your loved one requires more attention.

My father has been there for almost 10 days now. His room is very nice with a view and across from the dining room which he loves.<br>The food is beyond excellent 👌 and visually very appealing the way it's presented. Staff is kind and I feel comfortable leaving my dad there. It has fantastic rehibitation that care.<br>They have two restaurants that we as a family made reservations and enjoyed. Tonight my dad knows the entertainment and looks forward to it 10/8/25 since hes still recovering. To keep his spirits up. They even have a Starbucks he likes as well and beautiful Art work in the hallways.

I was so nervous about sending my grandma to Oak Trace for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. She was between the hospital and Oak Trace for 3 weeks and she finally got a clean bill of health and finally enjoyed her stay at here. The entire staff, from walking in and being greeted by Cheryl to all the nurses, PT, OT, wait staff, CNAs, etc, and of course the residents all have smiles on their faces greeting you. The whole staff is super respectful. When I took my grandma for walks in her wheel chair, she kept saying she felt like she was in a 5 star resort! Thank you Oak Trace & staff! You've really turned my grandma around for the better!
