I was a patient in the rehab portion of Beacon Hill facility for the better part of the last year. I cannot say enough about the excellent care I received. The physical therapists were encouraging and kind, but tough trying to get me to a place where I could go home and be independent. The CNAs and Nursing staff were responsive to my needs, being kind and compassionate. I left leaving behind what I consider to be a second family. The facility was always kept neat, clean and organized. Everyone from Social Services, Nursing, PT, OT and cleaning staff are wonderful people working really hard to help us get better. I very much appreciate the experience getting me through a significant health challenge.

If you have a loved one, that is in need of rehab, short term- long term care.. or other, Beacon Hill is the place for them. The OT/PT team are so friendly and knowledgeable over their art of rehabilitation. They have many techniques to achieve strength that was lost and to regain and maintain again or whatever is needed that brought you in for rehab. In my experience for the last month, this is the only place to go. I would be extremely surprised if you don’t find everything great about this facility. The care you receive there is impeccable. Everyone cares for the tenant/patient like they are their own family members. Completely treated with dignity and respect. Everyone has a genuine smile from the time you walk in to visit your loved one until the time you go home. They all are experts in their positions and they all work together as a sound team of amazing individuals. They treated my mom the way I would treat her, with care, compassion, respect, love and pride. The facility is very clean and organized. They have an amazing group of activity workers for the tenants with a nice variety of activities for them to partake in. There are 2 beautiful courtyard terraces with patio umbrella to rest and enjoy the outside. The food is very good and nice variety every day. The management team is very accessible for questions and concerns that need to be answered or just to lend a listening ear. The nurses, CNA’s, physician staff, wound care nurse are incredibly friendly and caring for your family. I honestly have nothing negative to say about anyone and anything about Beacon Hill. God forbid if mom got sick again and needed further care, I have the comfort in knowing that I don’t have to shop around for a rehab center. I would just come to Beacon Hill again because I know she will be taken care of to the fullest extent. Based on a 5 star ⭐️ rating I give it a 6 This is the place. No need to look any further. In retrospect, we were so fortunate that Beacon Hill was one of the facility options on the list of rehabs to go to that the insurance approved. The whole entire staff at BH is phenomenal. Humbly thankful, James Mitchell on behalf of dear mom.

Beacon Hills Nursing took care of my mother post a long hospital stay. The family was so scared and thought we were going to lose her. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, late evening. My family can be tough. But the management team was so patient with us and communicated early and often. Therapy was great. They pushed Mom and were very encouraging. Building is kept clean and even the housekeepers were friendly. The nurses and techs were so helpful and caring. They remembered Mom’s favorite’s for meals and shows. They even made her laugh, which the family hadn’t seen in a while. I cannot say enough for Beacon Hills and the love and care they gave to my mother. We are truly indebted and grateful!
