After two failed attempts to retain overnight aids who would reliably stay awake to caretake my father with late stage dementia I came to Nova Leap and FOUND my people, not just sales pitches and false promises. People who were passionate and committed. Unfortunately my dad’s health soon declined to the need for a full time hospice service but my forever gratitude goes out to Jason, Jenn, Martina, Belinda, Eric and Susette. Good people with kind hearts, necessary skills and commitment to patience and decency. I can highly recommend.

The experience with Nova Leap has been fantastic. We were looking for some help for my mom during a time when I was out of town for an extended period. Both Jason and Jen were awesome - they communicated clearly and effectively and took care of all our requests quickly and efficiently. Maria was a great help to my mom assisting with grocery shopping, laundry, appointments and various other tasks. My mom really enjoyed getting to know Maria and found her to be kind, capable and caring. A great experience for us!

Mom has needed added care at home for a few months. She was skeptical about receiving home care at first but the caregivers at Nova Leap Home Health have done a wonderful job of making sure Mom is cared for, comfortable and safe while I cannot be home. Last week Mom fell and broke two ribs but was discharged from the hospital. At first things went okay but the next day Mom was struggling to even get out of bed due to the pain. Marie was fantastic tending to Mom, helping her with medications, making her lunch and keeping her as comfortable as possible until a visiting nurse saw her and I was able to return home. Both Mom and I were very pleased with the care she received from Marie that day but also with the care she has received from everyone at this company.

My experience with Nova Leap Home Health has been very positive. The aides with whom I have worked provide varied services for my client. They cook, clean, shop, and attend to personal care while always treating my client with respect. My client is always showered, neatly dressed and well fed. Most importantly, she enjoys the company of the aides because they treat her like family. I have always found the staff at Nova Leap Home Health to be friendly and helpful. They have provided assistance in working with long-term care insurance provider. I have been very pleased with Nova Leap Home Health and recommend their services.

Over the last year, dealing with Novaleap, my family, and I have been beyond pleased with the service, communication, and professionalism of this company. All requests have been met with a kind-hearted and caring dynamic, the caretakers, and Office scheduling department have been nothing but sincere And respectful in their demeanor. I especially applaud the communication factor and attention to detail in regards to my 95 year-old Mother's needs.. I work in the elderly industry and feel blessed my mother’s care is in faithful and loving hands. A special “Thank You” to Jason Reid who makes it his business to f/u with me personally re; the interests of my elderly mother.
