Our family is very happy with the care my father in law is getting. He lives with us and is recently widowed. His aide comes in to our house 3 hours a week to help with laundry, cleaning and any other personal needs. His caregiver is super friendly, sweet and engaging with him. She lets him be who he is and is respectful about whether or not he wants to talk that day or just sit quietly. As his daughter in law and caregiver it is a relief to me to have someone like her here. The agency is very responsive and sends out the schedule one week in advance for us also.

We’ve been using Nova Leap Home Health Services for my grandmother and they have been truly wonderful! Her needs are constantly evolving and the team handles it all with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Both the caregivers in the home and the office staff are incredibly responsive and flexible. Scheduling adjustments, care plan changes, and last minute situations are always handled quickly without ever making us feel like a burden. Most importantly, they treat her with genuine care, which gives us confidence that she is safe in their hands. That peace of mind means everything to our family. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them and would absolutely recommend Nova Leap to anyone navigating home care for a loved one.

Nova Leap Home Health has been caring for my 97 year old mother on evenings from after supper to bed time for about three months. The office staff in Holyoke have been excellent to interact with. They started with a very thorough assessment interview followed by a very detailed care plan, which is considered a work in process. They have provided good suggestions along the way and are very responsive to questions. The weekly schedule is issued on a timely basis and the billing has been seamless and accurate. The Personal Care Assistants who take care of my mother are very well versed on the care plan. They are engaging, patient, and kind. Many have cared for their own elderly family members. In addition, they have been very well trained on personal care and age related issues. The involvement of Nova Leap is allowing my mother to remain in her fairly independent living setting longer and more safely! Tom
