This is the same nursing home; just rebranded. Probably the same owners. My mother was in their care for 7 days in 2019 and died due to their negligence. I will never let this go. They left her in dirty diapers after she asked to be changed, didn’t give her her medicine on time, and when she was having an issue with her blood sugar and I asked the staff to have it checked, they didn’t, which resulted in her blood sugar dropping to nothing and her dying. The last thing she said to me was “please don’t leave me here alone with these people” 12 hours before she passed away. Robert said he was sorry for the “mixup” that ended up killing my mother. They were not sorry in the slightest. Her main nurse looked at me and said “awh, poor babies mama died.” And not in a sympathetic way. I paid over a thousand dollars to get her into the facility, she was gone within a week, and they believe they don’t owe me a refund nor reparations for the death of my mother. The person who calls himself the head administrator I guess, MR. KING is a useless man who not only makes false promises but never has any intention of keeping them. He will tell you whatever it is you want to hear so he can get you off the phone and get back to siphoning money from families. The entire facility smells like urine, there’s ants and roaches and nobody seems to see that as an issue. There are so many other issues I had with the facility in just the 7 DAYS my mother was there before the KILLED HER. If

Give this place a shot. Its old but we found the staff to be amazing. Modest (nurse) and Social Worker, Courtney were the best. Johnathan did a great job on our first visit by showing uas around. Kaylie and Rehab Dept. were excellent!

My mom just spent several weeks here after a fall. I can not say enough good things about the Eden. From the aides, to the nursing staff, to the kitchen staff, to the absolutely wonderful and amazing therapists, they are all excellent. My mom was thoroughly cared for and I would not hesitate to put her here again if necessary. She has dementia, and they are fully trained to deal with dementia patients in a dignified manner. The physical, occupational, and speech therapy my mom received was tailored to her needs, and she rehabbed well enough to return to memory care. Thank you to the wonderful people who have made it their mission to care for patients who really can't advocate for themselves.

I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Rogers, Director of Business Development and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, her professionalism, expertise, and representation were impeccable. She communicated clearly and consistently, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets Kimberly apart is her dedication to excellence and her genuine care for their patients. Kimberly goes above and beyond, delivering results that exceed expectations. It's rare to find someone who is not only incredibly skilled but also trustworthy and a joy to work with. Dr. Conway, LMSW
