NorthCare provided top-notch care. When I had my loved one living there, they went above and beyond. Their Admin staff and caregivers were caring and kind. They did everything to ensure that my stepmom felt loved and safe. When she had surgery, the hospital and rehab facility was not the best. They were right there to help support me and advocating for her. We were able to bring her home to NorthCare and they assisted in her end of life care. I would recommend them to anyone’s loved one. Thank you NorthCare for your superior service to our family and many other family members in our community!!

Northcare is wonderful. I can’t think of a better place for my Mom to have lived these past two years. The staff is excellent, and everyone is so caring. If you have a family member in need of memory care I can’t recommend them highly enough. The home cooked meals were one of my mother’s favorite things. It pleased me greatly that the meals were made from fresh ingredients.

Northcare was amazing start to finish over 2 years caring for our mother with advanced ALZ. The facility is beautiful and clean, with large furnished rooms and comfortable common areas for visiting. The care was always excellent, and the staff accommodating, easy to reach and talk to, and very compassionate.

I can not recommend Northcare, and their staff, enough. My mom, who has advanced dementia, has been there for nearly 5 years, and they are wonderful to her. She can be extremely ornery, but they continue to treat her with love and respect. Communication is great, and they have been extremely responsive to any concerns I have brought up on very rare occasions. My dad was also there for a year before he passed, and was cognitively very sharp. They worked with me to keep them together, and provided dad so much conversation, fun, and activity that he spoke in glowing terms about them. Having a loved one in care is never easy. But Northcare staff have become an essential part of our lives. I could not do this without them.

Our experience with Northcare has been incredible! We can’t recommend them enough. The location is quiet and comfortable. The buildings are modern, clean, safe, comfortable and well lit and have good natural light during the day as well. The staff is amazing. The housekeeping staff keep everything so clean and smelling wonderful. The caregivers are responsive, hardworking, and kind. They make the residents delicious home cooked meals. They decorate and celebrate all the holidays and birthdays. It was genuinely a great place to visit and be with our family member. She received the best care and she truly loved the staff. We never once worried about her safety or comfort.
