Horrible place! They said it was restaurant style dining but yet they feed their residents hot dogs and bologna for dinner. The place is infested in bed bugs you can see them crawling around. The ladies bed was infested with them and her bedding had not been changed in a long time. They are neglecting the people there.
They are taking 3000+ dollars a month per resident, but not taking proper care of them. They don’t properly monitor health conditions either. My mom was only there 13 days before her health conditions spiraled and landed her into the hospital.
She fell within the first two days of being there and no one took her to get her checked out after the fall. Then when she ended up in the hospital for other health reasons, they discovered two broken ribs from the fall.
The communication is horrible. You call several times and never get anyone on the phone leave messages and never get phone calls back.
Do not send your loved ones here! This place is a joke for a senior living center. It’s not well maintained either. There’s chipped paint everywhere and worn out furniture. It’s ridiculous! Do the math $3000 a month x 136 beds. I don’t know what they’re spending their money on, but it’s not the residents well-being.

People are allowed to play personal Bluetooth speakers in the dining room, making meals hard to enjoy. Other residents arguing adds to the chaos, which makes the whole experience unpleasant at best. I would say, reconsider, if you or a loved one are planning to come here.
After living here for a while, I discovered that they have bed bugs. I have been bitten numerous times, as has my roommate. All they do is spray the bugs with bug spray, and wash the linens and that is all they do about it. Many residents are now complaining about them and I am adding pictures of bed bugs, in my bed on this review.
They don't give you enough money out of your check each month to last for any amount of time. And one of the nurses scared me so badly, yelling into my room, unannounced, while I was in the bathroom that I dropped one of my phones in the toilet and the administration is refusing to replace it. Their nurse was responsible for this loss; it should not have occured.
Some of the residents here are absolutely filthy and don't bathe or change their clothes. It's no wonder they have bed bugs.
There is not any milk served, except for the occasional bowl of cereal, ever, and the food, overall, is pitiful! The menus the state inspectors see are not what is served, at all. There are no fresh fruit or fresh vegetables served, regularly. There might be an occasional slice of orange, but everything else comes out of a can. Breakfast is a waste of time!
The latest foolishness and crookedness of the administrator is that they now have the cleaning staff preparing meals,on certain days. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want the person who scrubs my toilet, plating my lunch! Now that's cheap!!
I would not want anyone I know to deal with the nasty conditions of this place or most of the residents. They seem allergic to soap and water.

No just no. Just keep going. Look for another place for placement. Anytime you try and call for anything the ED and management don’t want to answer the phone half the time. Bad enough the staff have a time telling them things that go on within the buildings. Some of the staff may love the residents as their own but EDs don’t appreciate it and see it. But all they want to do is also take the credit they do for the residents. And the other majority of the staff talk to the residents like crap and don't care. They're just there chasing a check and have their face in their phones and never engaging with the residents. The facility is hardly cleaned PROPERLY. Staff aren't trained properly either in times of emergency. Half the time major things get brushed under the rug instead of getting reported.
So don't send your family here. Or recommend anyone here. Just look else where.
