Update ... This review is for NHC St. Peters Memory Care. There is no mistake on the place that I am reviewing! They do not watch residents as they should even when they are yelling for help. Staff was notified by resident and family members of an incident occuring over the course of several days and nothing was done to remedy the situation. This led to a fall resulting in a broken back, torn open leg wound, and other abrasions. The director acted as if she wasn't aware of anything and they were very dismissive of the whole situation. We had several other incidents there as well over the 3 months we had our mother there. We're happy to have her back home where she is properly cared for. I would strongly advise against this center.

I am basing my review strictly on my interaction with Kim as she helped me figure out the best path to take with my mom as to where she needed to be for the best care and safety. Being on a limited budget makes it difficult to find a quality place for someone to live for an extended period of time and I appreciate that Kim not only recognized that but helped me to weigh my options and to even see what other options I might have to avoid having to make multiple moves with my mom and causing further distress and anxiety. She made herself completely available; was supportive as I was struggling with this difficult time and it is obvious that she not only cares about the residents but the families that love them.

All of the staff are wonderful people who genuinely care about each neighbor and their family. They really understand how to care for someone with Alzheimer’s . They are family for us. I’m so thankful to have found this place for my husband. He is comfortable, well cared for, safe and loved (and so am I).

Villages of St. Peters is exactly what we needed to take care of my Father in Law... Everyone there was amazing to him and you can tell they truely love their neighbors (residents) and meet them wherever they are!! They were always caring and compassionate to us because as anyone who has had a family member with alzheimer's knows its a rough walk...We absolutely would not change anything about his care... If you are considering/looking for a place for your loved one you could not find better place!!

Top-notch! Mom has been here for over two years now, and as her condition has progressed, she’s been treated with care, kindness and dignity. My family and I appreciate the entire staff, from the top down - they treat the residents like their own family. We have peace of mind knowing that Mom is being cared for in a loving and professional way, by people who understand her condition and have the skill-set needed. Now we can spend our time visiting with Mom, not worrying about how she’s being cared for 💛.
