It was very hard to send my mother anywhere but home. When she was released from the hospital and we were told she had to go to rehab, I was given a list of places for her to go to. Ignite was the BEST option for mom. When I walked in there I was absolutely amazed. It’s very clean, smells amazing and the staff there are wonderful! My mother has been down quite some time and I can see in just the week she’s been there the impact they have had on her. I highly recommend Ignite for your loved ones care!

Attention to detail, staff was very professional and educated on the facility. Clean, upscale, prompt attention to the patient needs. I was impressed with the nurses and manager on duty. The nurse had all my mom’s correct medicines and a treatment plan for her. The staff was friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Top facility in the area, we have experienced 2 others and this place blew the others away. Not even close. Highly recommend.

We have been so frustrated with this place. Constantly having to ask to wash her laundry then brings them back in trash bag and refuses to hang up. Dirty clothes are then put on top of clean clothes because no one knows what is clean or dirty. Have talked with dept heads who make promises but that’s it. Other issue is food. We did talk with staff about her menu and discussed her dislikes . Hoping this will be better. Many times they did not give her a tray at all. We are concerned what happens when we are not there. She needs assistance with eating. She can’t remember to ask for food and can’t hold cups very good. When she feeds herself most food is all over her. Some staff are very good and monitor these things. Others don’t take the time. It seems all these nursing homes have same issues. People who don’t care just rotate from one home to another.
