My Dad was in the rehab unit for about six months and we could not have asked for better care. The physical/occupational therapists were excellent, the CNAs were so kind and respectful. The whole staff (medical, administrative, housekeeping, etc.) was so caring and worked to make sure our needs were met. My family is so thankful that NHC Sparta was available to us during our time of need.

Our Mother is at NHC. After several years of trying to take care of her in her home, we decided Mother needed more care than we could provide. The facility is neat & clean. The staff is amazing with my Mother. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs assistance with their loved ones.

Cannot say enough good about NHC of Sparta. My mom is there and they have been nothing but excellent in caring for her and contacting me with anything concerning her. I just love Jennifer the coordinator who helped me in getting mom into the facility. Every time I have been the nurses and other staff are alway kind and answer any questions I might have. There is a man and wife nurse team there that mom loves. Every time I have been it is clean and the smell doesn’t smell like that of other places I have been. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones! Thank you NHC of Sparta for all you do!❤️

Nursing care was excellent. Despite being bedridden for 3 years, my dad never had skin breakdown. Staff was caring and respectful, even when he was being difficult. The night he passed, the nurse played his favorite song for him over and over. Would highly recommend them.

My mother has been at NHC Sparta for over one year. She has received top quality care. She has been on two different stations during her stay and the staff at both stations have gone out of there way to help meet her every need. Great, clean facility with top notch employees.
