I spent 20 days at Uplands (short term rehabilitation) while recovering from total hip replacement (early April 2026).<br>I cannot say enough about my positive experience there. Everyone was very kind and extremely professional. My stay could not have been better.<br>Thank you: Jessica, Tanya, April, Tillie, Karen, Courtney, Grace, Hannah, Brenda,<br>P.T.: Dionna, Jessica, Emily, Matt, and the girl from Cookeville.<br>I was initially quite "down" after my revision surgery but you all were wonderful and caring and I praise God for you.<br>Best wishes always. My mother spent 90 days in the rehabilitation facility after a hospital stay for a fall and broken hip. We both could not have been more pleased overall. I spent time myself at a different rehab one ( 30 days ) in Sweetwater, TN and at times it was a nightmare. This facility is like the Ritz-Carlton compared to them.<br>Several things stood out to us:<br>1) The food ! - they have a fine menu, take your specific orders the day before meals and it's really good stuff with a wide variety.<br>2) Not much noise at all during the night, private rooms and she was able to sleep fairly well.<br>3) The administrative staff and physical / occupational therapists were excellent and understanding. They push you to do better because that's what it takes and we appreciated that.<br>4) The nurses did a fine job overall but the CNA's could have been a bit better.<br>5) Medications were administered in a timely fashion<br>6) Cleanliness of rooms, hallways and common areas was very very good.<br>If we ever have the need for a skilled nursing / rehabilitation center again we'll certainly come here. !

to: Jennifer Selby, Principal Broker<br>Dear Jennifer,<br>Merritt and I want to thank you for your professional and effective efforts to sell us 348 Yonside Drive and membership in Uplands Village. We were fortunate to have such a competent guide through all the complications of the process. Integration into the community is going well. We have only a few boxes left to unpack, and, thanks to the Blue Barn crew, our garage is beginning to look as if someday it may once again shelter a vehicle. Our only regret is that we waited so long to make the move; we probably should have done it 4 or 5 years ago when we would have handled the stress and physical rigors of the transition easier. Tell prospective customers to make their decisions while they are still vigorous in body and adventurous in spirit.

Extremely grateful for the care that our sweet Granny received at Uplands Wellness! Grace, Tina, Angie, Tammy, and everyone in the therapy department we are so appreciative to all of you! I apologize as I am sure I have forgotten a few. A special THANK YOU to Karen who was not only a caring and compassionate nurse but a true angel! Karen you have no idea how grateful I am for you 🤍

My mother recently spent almost 2 weeks at the Wellness Center and every encounter we had with staff was loving, kind, and competent. My mother went on hospice there and ended her days there in a beautiful way. Thanks so much to the doctor, nurses, aids, physical, occupational and speech therapists as well as the food workers. They made this otherwise harrowing experience a peaceful, loving journey.
