Staff was very disrespectful and rude the entire time my mom was there constantly ignoring her needs , walked in on them talking about her along with other patients several times…very horrible facility

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT leave your love one in the care of these people they treated my friend like crap the entire time she was there they talked about her plus other patients if your not really verbal they will treat you like you don’t matter my friend and her family constantly had to beg them to do their jobs would make faces roll their eyes take things from her ignore her for hours etc worse facility EVER I could go on and on

Staff was okay and did the best they could. However the case manager Jena didn’t keep her word on getting anything done. I don’t recommend the facility because of the lack of compassion and integrity.

Does not take United Healthcare. My mistake for assuming they had contracts with all major insurance providers. They could have asked also - would have saved us both a lot of wasted time.
