Thr staff is very helpful. The CNA,,Chrintine immediately took the things I had for my step-father for his respite stay and put them away for me. Then got him up for lunch in the diningroom before I left. He was already having a good time. Nurse Robert had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I got there. Made the transition so much quicker. I love that it is so close to his home. And the coordinator stayed in contact with me about other things, this helped so much, and helped me relax during my respite time. They are awesome.😊

We had a wonderful visit right from the start!
Ms. Mary, the front desk receptionist, is the sweetest, most polite and professional employee.
We also had the opportunity to meet with Ms. Ayla who took the time to explain the admission process to my 90 year old Mom in a way she could truly understand. Next, we met Mr. Bill, the Social Worker who we were able to express concerns about equipment my Mom would need once she goes home. Lastly, we met Ms. May, the Physical Therapist, who was very patient and understanding about my Moms capabilities and lack thereof. The only slightly negative issue I want to mention, along with just about every other SNF is they could improve their food menu. This was my very first visit and my mother has only been there a couple of days but first impression, I give them 9.9 stars!
