My father has been cared for at the Willows in Muncy Place for almost a year now. The nurses and CNAs have all been very kind, caring, even loving at times. They all have become part of my family. They are all very busy and short handed at times, but they keep going with a smile on their face. I can sleep at night knowing he is well cared for. I can’t thank them enough.

My wife was at Muncy Place for eight years and received very caring and compassionate care from all levels of staff. She was treated with dignity and respect no matter what the circumstances were. The staff were very accommodating to me as well as my family when we would visit, which was very frequent. Any issues or problems were dealt with professionally and resolved as soon as humanly possible. I would recommend Muncy Place to anyone who needs skilled or rehabilitative care.

Extremely disappointed. My Mom was transferred here from Muncy hospital. Her records from one side of the building to the other TOOK HOURS. No food, no medicine nothing. She was just left laying there in PAIN. My sister came and brought her home. We can take better care of her at home. I would never let anyone else go there

Mom gets pretty good care here! She really seems to like it for the most part! They have alot of advantages if your family member uses them balcony they can sit on, alot of time I go in and people are sitting outside on nice days.

I would quite frankly if I was able to rate this a 0/5 I WOULD, (But the only way I could post this is if I gave them at least a 1/5). Horrible Care! I am shocked at the care, lack of transparency and communication. No MD on call at night! They make you feel like you are the one not putting your loved one first. They do not have the staff to provide the care each patient deserves - worst off if you ask for them to help in feeding or getting the patient up— we heard three different times they have an emergency in another room and loved one must wait - even miss a meal because there staffing is horrible. Lack of clinical judgment we saw as well as not honoring a patients and families plan of care! They get a 2.5/ 5 on the ratings charts with CMS and other nursing homes in PA and I witnessed it for hand! Please do not send your loved one there! If you do decide, be aware that your loved one might come out looking bruised, anorexic, on a death sentence, and disabled from the lack of physical movement that they were suppose to provide! No one deserves this kind of care or lack of care to be Frank! In fact - a sibling of mine even said—we don’t even treat animals that awful. Dignity, respect, care and compassion and the transparency —is that to much to ask for when a facility of staff is caring for your loved one?
