I have been. Trying to reach out on Instagram, Facebook for weeks in regards to obtaining a receipt for previous care - and also on how to make a payment now that I am abroad and their online portal blocks me if I am not in the U.S. accessing it. They leave me on read with no response I have no idea how this is run when I’m offering to pay and told to call a phone number when I am abroad and no one will assist me online web sending a pdf of past payments.

The care itself was fine, although other doctors after said that the stitches were not done well and I had an inflammation again the next day but was resolved at urgent care in Santa Barbara. Overcharged specially on one item where I could have made an appointment since I sat there for a good while before registering not knowing that could have saved me $1700 but was not told since the receptionist was aloof. The rest of the staff inside was very kind, however. I wish the response to how to pay (literally trying to throw money at them) could be more like the staff inside in terms of speed of resolve so I can put this nightmare behind me.

Had to have a two night stay. The doctor and nurse in the ER was great. Dr Walker and his team then did an amazing job repairing my thumb and I can’t say enough good things about the after care from the nurses and staff.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care I received in the ER. I was there on Tuesday, July 7th and again on July 13th, and I was so fortunate to have Carmen as my ER nurse both times. As an employee of the hospital (though I do not work in the ER), I have a deep appreciation for the level of care and professionalism that was shown to me.
Carmen was incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring. She took the time to explain every step of what was happening and what each procedure was for, which helped ease my anxiety. As someone who doesn’t have close family nearby, being in the ER can feel especially overwhelming. Her caring nature made me feel safe, supported, and confident that I was in the best hands.
I also want to recognize Niki, Claribel, and Dr. Kehr. Each of them treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. They made me feel seen, heard, and cared for during one of the most vulnerable times in my life.
Healthcare professionals like Carmen, Niki, Claribel, and Dr. Kehr are truly exceptional. Their compassion and dedication make all the difference for patients when they need it most.
