The staff here is amazing. The director is approachable to both family members and to resident. I am so glad we chose to go to arrowhead Springs rehab rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made during this tough time.

My mom was transferred here from Kaiser Fontana. Unfortunately Arrowhead Springs is understaffed and overcrowded. Omg the smell is atrocious! It smells like Feces, urine, and bleach. The bleach doesn't cover up the overwhelming scent of feces and urine. You can tell they don't take pride or clean correctly. Most of the employees seem nice but some of them seem like they're just going through the motions. Elderly patients yelling for help while employees just walked right by. Didn't even acknowledged them. Trust me I so understand that old people can be very difficult but you signed up for this job! Thank goodness my mom isn't as old as some of elderly patients here. So she could do some stuff herself. As they don't check on patients very often. Leaving them in feces now urine for long durations. Or not changing their potty chairs or bedpans promptly. Mom said the food is nasty and even though she's diabetic they still kept giving her desserts with sugar and other high carbs in here meals. You'd think they'd have a special plate for those with diabetes. I honestly feel bad that anyone's loved one has to come here. Mom said they're were only a few kind hardworking nurses and the rest didn't care. That the doctors that she had at this facility were hack jobs. Overall I'd steer clear of this facility if you can. That's the only reason they get 2 stars as they have so much room for improvement!

I recommend this healthcare located in San Bernardino California, their building is neat when you enter it is clean, all the medical staff, directors are kind, almost all of them will greet you when you meet them, they also treat their patients like family, I am so happy because I found this healthcare.. if you are looking for this, try it because I and my family have tried Arrowhead Springs Health Care. Thank you very much to all the staff and owners, because your service is good.

Why Kaiser transferred my wife at 4 pm I'll never know. This place is over crowded with patients with a shortage of staff. I can't believe after the great treatment my wife received at Kaiser Fontana, they would send her here. The rooms are too small not ever a decent chair for a visitor to sit. The staff seems nice, and the place seemed clean enough, very noisy. The wait to be changed is too long. I complained to Kaiser and wanted her moved asap but they said someone would contact me within 48 hrs. I can't believe this is happening to my wife. I believe she is safe, and when a nurse does get to you they are kind and helpful, I hope I can get her out soon. Not happy!!!! And of course the first 20 days are on Kaiser.
