If i could give a negative star i would. My mom almost died here. She had to go to the emergency hospital twice. She was there for three months. She wasnt eating and they would have let her die. I had to take her out of there or she would have. She is doing fine now that she is out of that place

I recently completed orientation at Morning Star Post Acute Care in Clovis, and I feel compelled to recognize Yessi, who conducted my orientation. She truly went above and beyond in every way. It was immediately clear that Yessi genuinely cares about people. Not just patients, but staff as well. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, answered questions with patience and compassion, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and meaningful rather than rushed or transactional. Her passion for her work is inspiring, and it honestly feels like she is the heart of that place. Employees like Yessi make a real difference, and I hope she knows how valued and impactful she is. Morningstar is lucky to have her. Thank you for a wonderful and inspiring experience.

Hello, I'm Bro Roy and I wanted to share a few thoughts. I'm very happy with the quality of care, here at Morningstar. The Nurses are Amazing, Michael, Rosa, Josh, Trine, all of them go above a beyond. Very caring.... Also the FOOD is great too. I don't know my future but it's nice to to know My family has a Go To Place!!!!! God Bless You all

I recently took a mini-tour of Morning Star Post Acute Center as we are looking for a place for my mom after her discharge from Clovis Community Hospital, and I was incredibly impressed. The facility is exceptionally clean and has a truly pleasant atmosphere. Everything seemed very well organized and spacious, which made me feel confident about the quality of care she would receive. I am hopeful that they have available rooms once my mom is discharged 🙏

My spouse fell in a therapy session. He is obese & has had 2 knee replacements. His left knee is weak. He was discharged from Clovis hospital & admitted to Morning Star for fractured ribs rehab. He has been there since January 2025. OnMarch 15 2025 he fell at the start of an a.m. stair therapy session . I was notified in the afternoon of the fall by the therapist. I went in the next day & asked the Admissions person if an incident report had been filed, she referred me to their Social Worker, she referred me to Nursing person & she suggested I speak to someone else...at this point, I was frustrated & walked out. I took photos of his left knee bruises & toe that he injured. I have contacted a law firm to check out the situation legally for us. Maybe they'll take this injury situation seriously...
