Moraine Court Supportive Living is a supportive living community in Bridgeview, Illinois, offering apartment-style living combined with personalized assistance for daily living needs. The community promotes independence, dignity, and well-being while remaining affordable, and is part of the State of Illinois Supportive Living Program designed to serve residents in a cost-effective manner.

The community provides 24-hour professional, licensed staff support along with weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Three well-balanced meals and snacks are prepared and served daily in a recently-renovated dining room with two meal service times to accommodate resident preferences. Skilled services are available through partnerships with home health providers, offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, skilled nursing, and wound care for residents who need them.

Residents can choose from multiple floor plan options including studios, companion suites, and alcoves. The community features bright, inviting common areas and offers various amenities designed for comfort and enjoyment throughout the campus.

An active lifestyle is encouraged through programming arranged by an Activity Director, with at least four daily program events offered seven days a week. These activities range from in-house entertainment with visiting performers to transportation to off-campus events, and are designed to help residents connect, grow, move, and create at their own pace.

Moraine Court is conveniently located near Interstate 294 on Harlem Avenue in Bridgeview and partners with multiple local physicians to serve resident healthcare needs. The community accepts private pay, Veterans Aid & Assistance, long-term care insurance, and Medicaid.
