Our initial tour thru mom’s last day was great. Friendly staff and good care for mom. Rochelle was one of her favorites. Great follow up after mom’s discharge making sure meds and home care were managed properly. Highly recommend!

Facility was very clean. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage for patients belongings. Staff was attentive and friendly, though response time when calling for assistance was poor. Physical and occupational therapy were excellent.

My experience was positive, even though I really wanted to be at home. Everyone was very kind. The people who work there are extremely hard workers and do everything they can to help you and make your stay a good one, even though they are short-staffed. At times you have to wait longer than you would like because there are not enough care staff to get to their patients as quickly as they would like to. The OT and PT staff was wonderful! All-in-all I would definitely recommend this facility!

My husband was at Monroe Springs for 7 weeks. He was taken care of very well. We were most impressed by the nursing staff led by Mary. They were very caring, knowledgeable and attentive. Mary ensured that he had no complaints or concerns. We were also impressed by the physical therapists, who worked hard to get my husband to get stronger and be up and about. I would highly recommend Monroe Springs.

The staff is very nice, kind, helpful and polite. The rehab floor was large rooms, private rooms. I spent 5 days there and they really helped .me get ready to go.home after a complicated surgery.
