I am told something different time I ask anything. The nursing staff are great but management is awful. I was told there would be a meeting about when my husband could come home. The social worker told me 3:00pm. My daughter and I were at 2:30pm. We were told the social worker was on the phone and they would let her know we were waiting in my husband's room. At 3:30pm we asked his nurse what was going on. We were told the social worker had left the building. That the meeting had been rescheduled to 1:00pm. She told my husband she had called us and never saw us. She should have at least told us what happened and why we were not involved in the meeting. I asked what time his IV therapy was scheduled. I was told 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 8:00, 4:00 and 12:00. I tried to get there between IVs. They had just started an IV at 2:30. I asked about the timing and was told they don't have the same schedule as the hospital did. I didn't ask the hospital. I had called Medilodge and asked them! I know they are a for profit place. They seem to want to keep him because they are getting well. There is no reason for him not to come. The family can learn to do the IV but everything I ask, I get the run around. I am not at all pleased with the way this place is ran. The nursing staff do take care of him and are polite.

This nursing home and rehabilitation center exceeded my expectations. The staff is attentive, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell they truly take pride in the work they do. The rehabilitation services were especially impressive. The therapy team was dedicated, knowledgeable, and very encouraging throughout the recovery process. They focused on building strength and independence while making sure each resident felt supported and motivated. Communication with families was also a strong point. Staff kept us informed and involved, which made a stressful time much easier. The facility itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this is a place where residents are treated with dignity and compassion. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for quality nursing and rehabilitation care.

Would I recommend this place? Absolutely NO! my dad was there for little over a month, from day one, no communication at all from the staff..that includes Social Worker, billing, nurses, and administrators..had 4 nurses that actually cared..trying to find answers was literally pounding your head against a wall! Very frustrating for my dad and family..my dad got 2 bedsores from not being turned, only found out about that when he was being sent to ICU for pneumonia he contracted in there..I could go on and on about this facility, please if you need a loved one placed somewhere DO NOT GO HERE!

STAY AWAY if you can. While most of the staff seem to be pleasant. They appear to be way understaffed or just don't have an urgency to perform their tasks. Management seems more concerned with packing people into the rooms (2-3 per room) and covering for themselves than actually caring for the residents. According to one of the management team, it is perfectly normal for a 30-45 min response time after pressing the call button, seems pretty ridiculous. You'll also notice a lot of the 5 star reviews are from employees, which artificiality increases their Google review rating. Would never recommend for any of my loved ones.
