When our family member needed rehab services, we spoke with Bailey, who helped make a stressful process much easier. Her kindness and knowledgeable demeanor eased our concerns, as well she has been available to answer questions I may have. My family member was treated by staff with dignity and respect. We were kept informed and supported. I would very much recommend Seacrest Rehab & Nursing Center if I were ever to need it for my own healthcare needs!

Just wanted to share our experience at Seacrest Rehabilitation Center. My Mother has been in and out of the hospital for months. We have gone to multiple rehabilitation centers in which the execution of service was horrible and these were beautiful buildings with NO HEART. As care givers you know how important it is to feel secure that your loved one is taken care of. We found that at Seacrest, Rehabilitation Center did that for my Mother. The staff was excellent, what do I mean. Call lights were answered timely, no smell in the building, and the resident stayed active by doing daily activities, they had petting zoo to come and most importantly the residents interacted with each other and my Mom made some good friends. I get emotional writing this because for all the caregivers out there we know its hard to find people with a compassionate heart anymore. No place is perfect but I highly highly recommend Secreast Rehabilitation Center. Also the therapy department was great. Sometimes I think we look for the fancy buildings the bells and the whistles. Compassion for people will always override a fancy building. Its a great place and I really mean that. Let me end with this I asked my Mother would she to return she said yes and she would like to come and visit the staff and her new friends. 🤗 You only get one Mom and Dad. GOD Bless 🤗

My name is Warren Williams and I stayed at Seacrest Rehab & Nursing Center. Overall I had a really good experience there. The staff took good care of me and everyone was always willing to help when I needed something. The therapy team pushed me in a good way and helped me work harder to get stronger and improve. The CNAs were great about helping with showers, changing linens, taking out trash, and just making sure everything stayed clean and comfortable without me even having to ask most of the time. Big shoutout to Katie for always helping with my personal needs and continuing to check in after I discharged, especially with my dialysis. That meant a lot. I also liked that they had activities for people besides just bingo all the time. It felt more upbeat and there was always something going on. The building had a very homey feeling and the staff made it feel welcoming.

The rooms are spacious—about the size of a hospital room—with brick walls and a steel door, so you can watch TV or listen to music without disturbing anyone. Each room has plenty of outlets, a large flatscreen TV with great channels, free Wi-Fi, and a private suite-style bathroom. The beds are fully adjustable like hospital beds but much more comfortable, and each bed has a nurse call button if you need assistance. The facility is spotless. Everything, including resident rooms, is cleaned daily. The nurses and nurse aides are friendly, professional, and have excellent bedside manner. Doctors visit daily to check on your progress, and an administrator also checks in regularly to make sure you have no concerns. They monitor your vitals daily and can provide and administer any medications you normally take. The physical therapy department has modern equipment, and the therapists are warm and encouraging. They don’t make you do therapy—they make you want to do therapy. Food is excellent, and they work with you to create meals based on your preferences. If there are foods you don’t like, they simply won’t serve them. In the mornings, a beverage cart offers coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and in the evenings a snack cart comes by with sandwiches, chips, and sweets. Food delivery services like DoorDash are also available. There are activities throughout the day, including visits from therapy dogs and a therapy rabbit named Red who rides around in his own stroller. Residents are friendly, and it’s easy to make friends. Friends and family can visit 24/7. The staff truly care about residents and handle personal matters with professionalism and discretion. They will even donate clothes if someone arrives without enough. Concerns or grievances are addressed quickly and fairly. Overall, I would give Seacrest a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, comfortable place to recover. 👍
