The care and compassion that the aids showed was over the top. The comfort they gave our friend was amazing. Communication was outstanding. Comfort Keepers is the only care company I will ever call for service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Very nice, easy to work with, very accommodating dedicated. If you have a loved one who needs assistance but wants to stay in their home, and you can't be there for them all the time comfort keepers is perfect, they made our lives much easier ,and my father got to spend more quality time in the place he loved. It's also MUCH cheaper than any assisted living or nursing home! CALL Nicky she's awesome!

One of the worst of any care agencies I used for my dad in his final years. After making initial contact a month before we came home and following up regularly before we arrived, Comfort Care failed to provide caregiver(s) to meet our needs. Not only could they not fill our daily hours requested, the quality of aides they provided demonstrated little experience and inadequate training for simple daily care of preparing meals, helping my dad shower and dress, reminding him to take his medication on schedule. My dad was ambulatory and verbal, but needed to have someone there to make sure he stayed safe around the house when he walked inside or in his yard and while ate his meals. It's sad when a caregiver sits on their phone or files their nails and doesn't try to engage in conversation or simple activity to an educated and elderly client with declining physical abilities. It appeared that Comfort Keeper of Brooklyn, MI, scraped the bottom of the barrel to hire reliable and capable caregivers when we needed them.

Great experience! Employees pucked me up on time, got me back to home on time. Very pleasant, courteous. Really seemed to care. Great drivers! Will continue to use again every time. Maria Meeks was head of this area, saw & met with her a few times. Very caring, concerned for my welfare. Couldn't ask for a better person! Will continue with Comfort Keepers absolutely! Maria & her employees made my experiences a lot less stressful. Thank you Maria & everyone!!

Our experience with Comfort Keepers was very positive. Their main concern was how my Mom was interacting with the care givers. She had dementia which made everything challenging, but the patience and care they provided was much appreciated. They always put her care above everything else. A shout out to Tiffany who truly put Mom before everything else. Thanks for always checking on how things were going and for you kind words when we lost her.
