My 93 year old mother is at Mira Vista Court because she needs more help than we can provide. The team there, whether it’s day shift, weekend shift, busy, or anything else, is wonderful. They help mom with routine daily living care, medical care, and social interactions. I would highly recommend the facility for their expertise, and genuine compassion. And on top of that, mom loves the food! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you to the aides, nurses, and everyone. ❣️

Do not ever consider putting your loved one in this rehab center. I've called FWPD at least 4 times because no nurse, no CNA no Caretaker on our hallway for over an hour with a patient screaming for help. When FWPD come out, someone meets them in the lobby & says they got it from under control & send them on their way. My son's been involved in this for days they want to transfer me to Skyline rehab center which is fine with me but tell me I can take my personal items with me then my son had to drive all the way out here to Mira Vista from Azle to pick up my personal things they would let me just hold them in my lap. I'm going to take you back to your room from a wheelchair they'll move you to the middle of your room floor where you can't reach for your phone or the TV remote walk out & never return. You can't call for a Nurse because you can't reach the remote. The food here is the worst I've ever had in my entire life I would rather eat hog slop. The nurses come in and act like it bothers them to come help you. I'm diabetic I need to eat every 2 or 3 hours and the nurse comes in and says I don't have nothing but goldfish, turns and walks out. Here are 2 videos of my neighbor crying for help for a solid hour & nobody on our hall.

The custodial crew does a great job keeping the facility clean. They came into my room & spot cleaned everything & made it smell like new. Very appreciative of their attention to detail.

I was just discharged from Mira Vista Court about two weeks ago, and I have never felt so welcomed or cared for. It was my first time as a resident, in a place such as this. Both my parents were residents in two different care facilities in Fort Worth. Dad's was long term and Mom's was rehabilitation for three weeks. I visited often enough to form relationships with the CNA'S, Nurses and Executive staff overlooking their care. The really amazing thing about Mira Vista Court is that everyday I was there, I had people from Mira Vista Court there that believed in me, that encouraged me and became friends of mine. I consider Mira Vista Court the best place that I could have chosen. The very best. The CNA'S, Nurses, Activity Director Carol, kitchen staff and Executive Staff were amazing. They all cared about me and my needs. I had personal goals to achieve and I was encouraged every minute of each day. I got cheers even. Thank you Liz ( Director of Admissions ), Viviana (Therapy,) Simm (Therapy) Tramelious LVN, Tericka my best buddy (cna), Dean,(cna) Peggy,(cna) Joanne (cna), Chandra R.N. Lou R.N., plus too many more to thank!

I wanted to praise this building and staff for the amazing job they did with one of my loved ones. The front desk receptionist Mrs. Flores is simply the best part of the day every time we go in. Always friendly and helpful. Liz and Rebecca have been attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking placement for their loved one!
