Cassie the charge nurse and Christian Johnson who is a CNA as well as Posey, who is a nurse are all amazing staff members. They both go the extra mile and have insured that my loved one is taken care of. With dementia, the agitation and aggression can be overwhelming before their placed. You worry about what that’s going to be like with staff. You have to take care of them. Christian went above and beyond helping to take care of my husband, even though he was super agitated. Posey also does this on a regular basis. caregiving for people with dementia is not easy. It’s nice to know that you have people that really care about your loved one as a person and not just another patient.

I visited my grandfather at Cityview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center today, and I must say I was very disappointed. Based on the area the facility is located in, I expected much better conditions. However, once I entered his wing, the entire area smelled strongly of urine. I also noticed visible damage to the walls, which added to the poor overall appearance and concern for the condition of the facility. On top of that, other residents were freely walking in and out of my grandfather’s room without supervision, which made me uncomfortable regarding his privacy and safety. I brought these concerns to the nurse’s attention and let them know I would be returning tomorrow. I sincerely hope the facility is cleaned properly tonight and that residents are given the care, dignity, and environment they deserve. 05/21/26

I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to CNA RoNeshia for escorting my dad to his doctor's appointment when I was not able to go with him. She was very detailed in communicating the information that was provided by the doctor. She asked very important questions and made sure that my dad understood what the doctor was saying to him. She did an absolutely wonderful job and I was very pleased with how she handled the visit. I just want to recognize her for going above and beyond, her passion and commitment to care for my dad did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!!’🙏🙏
