My dad has been at Broadway Cityview since 2019, and he said he wished he had moved there ten years earlier. He has lived in the Independent Living Villas, the IL apartments, and Assisted Living. He absolutely loves all the people there, both residents and staff, who unfailingly tend to the residents as though they were their own families. We heard of a resident who moved to Broadway for the good food--another great thing about the community! Unlike other places where the staff may "phone it in" rather than take their jobs seriously, Broadway employees are the BEST.

Broadway Cityview has been a blessing from the first day my Mom moved into an independent living apartment in 2024. 18 mos later she's in assisted living and continues to tell me every time we talk how grateful she is that we found Broadway at Cityview when she decided to move halfway across the country to live closer to us. There are a number of floor plans to choose from of independent living apts . She ended up in a ground floor 2 bedroom unit with an exterior door and a small, beautiful patio and yard. Her assisted living studio apt doesn't have the exterior entrance but has a very nice view, is large enough to comfortably fit her most important furniture and clothes while providing support that makes Mom feel safe and cared for. There were a la carte assistance services available for the independent residents when she needed support. Marlee and her team provided 5 star service when she needed it. Joe and his team in assisted living continue the 5-star service with a higher level of care, assuring us that Mom is getting the support she needs and while making her feel looked after and safe. There's one more element that Broadway at Cityview has created for its residents: Community. The options for gathering together with other residents vary widely and include potting plants, to building a birdhouse, happy hours with live entertainment, excursions to theatres or blue bonnet drives (they'll take them to doctor appts, as well), card games, exercise classes, and holiday celebrations. They have a community council made up of residents that meet monthly, beautiful dining rooms in both resident sections, an art room, library,and lovely green space to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine with a book or friends. The Broadway Cityview team have provided a perfect balance of peace of mind for me that Mom is getting what she needs while maintaining some independence, safety, and privacy for her. I can't express my respect and appreciation for the facilities and the team at Broadway Cityview.

As a family, we are so pleased with Broadway Cityview. My mother had been in the independent side and it became apparent we needed to make a change to the Assisted Living, but we also knew that we wanted the decision to come from our mother. Everyone in Broadway worked to give her all the information, showed her the space and helped answer all her questions thoroughly. Since she has been in the assisted living area, the director, Joe Khan, as well as all the staff, nurses and assistants have just been outstanding in helping her through the transition. There are lots of activities, connections with others, and a host of new friends.

Our 91 year old mom came here from an active retirement community in Florida, so we were looking for lots of activities for her. She’s never been bored and has met so many new friends. Even as she’s transitioned into Assisted Living, we’re amazed at the fun activities and caring staff! Our whole family loves coming to visit, and we join her for Sunday Brunch every week because the food is delicious!

My Dad moved into assisted living at Broadway Cityview in November 2025. Everyone from the front office to the staff in assisted living have been helpful and attentive. There are a variety of daily activities available that he can choose from. He has been happy with the choices in the dining room. The facility is and bright and open. His apartment is just the right size to be comfortable. My mother in law has lived in one of the villas for over 10 years. I highly recommend Broadway Cityview community for senior living.
