We are forever grateful for the care and compassion we received from this hospice team during my dad’s final days. Teresa and Leslie completed his initial assessment, and from the very beginning they treated our family with kindness, patience, and dignity during an incredibly overwhelming time. Crystal, his hospice nurse, is someone we will never forget. She came to see my dad every single day, and her presence brought comfort not only to him, but to all of us. She took the time to explain everything—medical details, what to expect, and what was happening—always in a calm, gentle, and beautiful way. She never rushed us, never made us feel silly for asking questions, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. This team didn’t just provide medical care; they provided humanity, reassurance, and peace during one of the hardest moments of our lives. We will always be thankful for Teresa, Leslie, and especially Crystal for the care they gave my dad and the compassion they showed our family. I cannot recommend this hospice provider highly enough.

From the moment they came to help me care for my mom, they have been a true Godsend. My mother has been gone for a year now, and I got monthly bereavement coaching from the bereavement team. Grieving is a personal journey and is different for everyone. They acknowledge this. Bottom line...this hospice is not only for end of life, it's also continuing life.

My brother-in-law just passed away in February of this year. He died from prostate cancer and passed at home. Your team was instrumental in keeping him comfortable even though he had an oppositional attitude to most of the help he was receiving. I appreciate you all. I met Devin, the young man that helped him every morning at breakfast, such a sweet and caring person, and I can only hope that someone like that would care for me under the same circumstances.

Millennium Home Health and Hospice is the only company I would every choose! They assisted me in caring for my brother-in-law on 3 different occasions; 10/2015, 7/2017, 7/2020 and then Hospice 9/2023. Each time they were phenomenal! Always called with the date and time that they would be arriving to assess and always asked if he or the family needed anything! Later, he had to transition to Hospice and the experience was the same - phenomenal! Regardless of whether I was calling Home Health or Hospice; someone was answering my call...didn't matter what time of day or night and always willing to go the extra mile to help or call the doctor for orders. This is a great Home Health Company! Give them an opportunity; I know they will exceed your expectations!!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Millennium. The team shows genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. The nurses and aides go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Everyone truly loves what they do and takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and heart the way this team does. If you’re looking for a home health agency that truly cares — not just about health, but about people — I highly recommend Millennium.
