I just wanted to leave a review for this facility. As an entertainer, I travel to many locations and this one in particular has a great Activities department. When we arrive, the residents are happy to see us and are ready to party. There are always amazing snack Options at the parties and the residence truly seem to enjoy being there. I rarely reach out about a facility, but I felt it was important to do so about this one. Employees are always in a good mood and look happy to be there!!

As an ALF operator, I hold higher-than-average standards for the care of my residents, and Metro West Rehab and Nursing Home truly went above and beyond. One of my residents was hospitalized and required rehab before returning to our community. Metro West Rehab—especially their marketer, Marion—was able to accommodate a weekend admission, which is very rare and greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire stay, we had a wonderful experience, and my resident was extremely happy with the care she received. Working with Arianna, the case manager and social worker, made the discharge process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Metro West Rehab and Nursing Home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

I first of all want To say thank you To the physical therapy team, they were awesome in my recovery and I am very independent now I go to awesome in my recovery bathroom and take a shower. I cook in the kitchen and wash dishes and it’s all because physical therapy taught me how to be independent. Next, I want to say the head of place Wendy did not take me in consideration for the things I needed the food I had ordered the same thing for every day and out of the week I make it two days for everything is right, and I told her that and I told the people she said to my room for me to stay there that they don’t care. The outside of the building looks good but the inside needs help the CNA‘s first shift was fine. The CNA is on second shift if you didn’t get Miss Beverly, they do not care the CNA‘s on third shift. I can’t even discuss how they just they don’t want to help you and they don’t care about you they give also give you one bag of diapers for the whole week and then the weekend you may get two or three diapers you may not I have been there and only had one diaper in the lady told me to pee on the pads Like a dog!!!! The Nurses is about two nurses on third shift. They’re young ladies and they treat me and make sure I got my medicine and they in my pain pills the one on second to the second shift. You could forget it if it wasn’t. I can’t call a name now, but it was a Jamaican lady. You can forget it no Pain from 5 to 9. I’ve been in pure pain and she may or may not give me my mess. I can’t call her name right now. I was just so disappointed in the way they treat you and even when you tell the people they don’t care about the head person about it’s like they don’t care. I can’t believe how people treat people so any man so imagine the people that can’t move out their bed or can’t talk you know you have to just pray for them. I wish the whole team was like the physical therapy team then it would be awesome but I’ve heard from CNA‘s and nurses that the head lady Wendy don’t care about them. Don’t take good care of them. Want them to do extra extrovert but now don’t get them extra pay and that’s sad but I hope from this review things get better but I pray I never have to come back the worst ever your call like be on for hour hour and a half. I’ve had my husband sit. There’s ain’t nobody came yet so I hope that and pray that things change their and I hope and pray for the people that have to stay there. I knew how to put my own diapers on and I also Just took care of myself I pray. I hope that you have to send your loved one here that they have your back. Someone has your back when you go here. When I was released, I was giving all my medication except my pain medicines. It said there will be a Cvs. They wasn’t there so I called the next day and they told me that they were sending my pain meds again to Cvs and I heard the lady say we only given her pain meds for three days just talking about me. I go like I can’t hear her. The worst place ever I still don’t have Pain medications but it’s OK. I’ll just wait till after the holiday and go to my Pain doctor. I just want you to know that this is the worst place I’ve ever been. I thought bedrock was but this is a trip these bedrock give you all the diapers you need

I am very pleased with activity programs at this facility. My aunt used to not participate but lately she has been going to music programs, arts and crafts and bragging on the activity staff. I am so excited my Aunt is participating, and she has found joy in meeting other residents in the wonderful programs
