We are very pleased with Grand Palms ALF/Memory Care. It is always clean and well kept. The residents are fed well and the nurses and CNAs are very caring and attentive with the residents. Maria Gonzalez, the ALF Manager, has been responsive to our questions and needs and our aunt seems happy since she has been a resident there.

Comfortable Living Spaces: The living spaces at palm garden are designed with both practicality and aesthetics in mind. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. The attention to detail in creating a cozy and homely atmosphere is evident throughout the facility, making residents feel at ease and content. Engaging Activities: One of the standout features of this retirement home is the wide range of engaging activities offered to residents. From exercise classes to art workshops, there is something for everyone. The staff takes the time to understand each resident's interests and abilities, tailoring activities accordingly. In conclusion, my experience at palm garden was truly exceptional. Maria Gonzalez, the ALF MGR, is amazing. She made my fathers transition into this facility seamless. Maria gave me a personal tour, answered all my questions, & asked questions to better understand my fathers needs. I hate to say, but I can’t remember the name of the fantastic employee that works the desk Monday through Friday. She always greeted me with a smile and assured me my dad was doing great. My father passed away about a month after moving in and both Maria & the desk employee gave me a hug and made me feel like my father and I had been their own family. Thank you so much for making my fathers last days so much better, for us both. I recommend Grand Palms 100%. Thank you all again.

My sister stayed at Grand Palms for several months this past year following cancer surgery. She was very happy with the staff and all of the nurses and CNA‘s who took care of her every need. Due to her cancer surgery she was left with a colostomy and Grand Palms was great about taking care of her issues with this. I would definitely recommend Grand Palms to anyone who needs a good home for their family member. Since my sister didn’t have any family members in the area we decided to move her closer to where we are and Grand Palms was very helpful concerning all our needs during this relocation process. Special thanks to Maria Gonzalez, Facilities Director and Veronica Dean, Director of Nursing for all their wonderful help!

Grand Palm Assisted Living and Memory Care Community is the perfect home for our mother. Grand Palm could be benchmarked for their excellence in the the way they treat their residents, facility cleanliness, positive attitudes, and willingness to help others. The Care Takers have great pride and passion in their performance by working harmoniously together. Grand Palm’s management demonstrates dynamic leadership skills proven by their abilities to effectively choose, train, and drive quality care. Mom had a surgery this summer and was emitted in a skilled care facility adjacent to Grand Palm. I was in the process of searching for assisted care living facilities. I took a tour Grand Palm because it was close by. During my tour of Grand Palm I mentioned to the Marketing Director ,Maria, that we were also considering some other facilities in Central FL. Maria advised that Grand Palm’s residents are happy and content. She told me that the resident focus was their number one priority. Several days later I get an emergency call to leave town immediately. We had hired additional private CNA coverage considering the circumstances and no family in Florida. Mom was ready to be released from the adjacent skilled care facility when I was out of town on emergency. I contemplated on where mom could go. I remembered Maria advising that the residents were well cared for and happy. I was thinking happy was really what our family needed at the time. I called Maria, the Assisted Living Manager, at Grand Palm to inquire if there was an available space for mom. Maria was very kind and compassionate in accepting mom at the Grand Palm with no family in town and situation. Maria was also very instrumental in ensuring mom had furniture, including a special air mattress, which was a medical necessity. Approximately six weeks ago I was finally able to get back to mom in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised that Nnenna, Director of Clinical services, informed our family that we no longer needed expensive CNA services because Grand Palm would adequately address and resolve all mom’s personal needs. So far we have watched mom become happier, content, and enthusiastic about life again since her fall last year. Mom no longer calls multiple times everyday crying out for help or complaining that she is wet and cold. In fact, we have to call her on her cell phone just to say hello. Mom usually calls us back from an activity to advise she is ok and tells us she is thankful to reside in her new home. Grand Palm has given our family peace of mind. Mom is in a safe And clean environment where she feels safe, happy, and comfortable. This is the third facility our 87 year mother has resided in a little over a year. I had many fears about the other facilities my mother resided. We are happy to say we don’t worry about mom day and night anymore. We are grateful that mom is happy at Grand Palm. We more than appreciate the harmonious care givers that ensure comfort to residents and the leadership that guides them with the utmost wisdom. Thank God we can all get back to our lives again knowing mom is in good hands. I hope other assisted care living communities use Grand Palm Assisted Living and Memory Care Community as a benchmark for it’s superior leadership and dedication of it’s caregivers working harmoniously for the residents well being.
