Customer service will do everything in their power to inconvenience the customer. I was told my mother’s prescription for diapers will need to be renewed in 2 weeks so I was NOT able to order them (LIE) NOR was I able to order her pads because “they must me placed at the same time” (LIE). I was told I needed an exact count on what she had left. Obviously almost none since we are calling for a refill. They wanted to know how many the Dr. prescribed (they sent it directly to them NOT me) as if they not looking at the actual prescription or a receipt of the last order. It’s all unnecessary conversations to irritate the customer. I just have them shipped even though I live up the street from the place because the office staff is just as rude and unprofessional. I’ve stood at someone’s desk and was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. And even then I had to wait another 20 until she finished stalling and decided to assist me with the nastiest attitude ever! The staff is giving miserable old women that hate their life! Oh yea give them 2 months to find prescriptions once the Dr sends them over. They claim they wasn’t sent or they just can’t find it. Once you have the Dr. call they miraculously appear and start working on it!
