All apartments feature fully applianced kitchens, large tiled baths, and in-unit washers and dryers. Constructed in 2001, the units offer expansive windows. Utilities including internet, local phone service, heat, cable, and water are included in the monthly rate, along with free parking and professionally landscaped grounds. The community handles property upkeep, freeing residents from lawn maintenance, repairs, and winter snow removal.

Dining options include one meal per day at one of two elegant dining rooms. Full American-style breakfast is served at 370 Hemenway Street, and gourmet dinner is offered six evenings a week plus Sunday afternoons in the Broadmeadow Dining Room at 420 Hemenway Street. Residents may also prepare their own meals or order out.

The Meadows features an on-campus health club with a beautiful indoor heated lap pool for year-round swimming.
