Super Staff, Awesome Audience, and beautiful building for our ♫♬ Uncle Sam & Friends™ patriotic Senior show today. One of the female residents even offered a doggie treat to Doug The Talking Dog. Special thanks to the resident Wayne who attends all our New Horizons shows and always adds his humor to each event.

My dad became a resident of New Horizons at Marlborough recently and it has been a delightful transformation for him socially, mentally and emotionally. When we realized the need for assisted living I had spent quite a bit of time and research visiting other communities and none of them came even close to this wonderful community.<br><br>We took the guided tour with Kathy M. who was very organized and detailed about the community. As we walked around we were greeted by many other residents who were all happy and curious about my dad's arrival. I even had the ability to speak with some of these lovely folks and it became apparent that they were all happy to be calling New Horizons their home.<br><br>The staff has been extremely dedicated, kind, and caring. I am relieved to know that my dad has the proper nutritional chef-inspired meals daily and I am glad to know he is well cared for. He really enjoys the wide range of activities, the daily socialization and meeting new friends. I am no longer worried about his well being and it is a huge relief.<br><br>Thank you to everyone at New Horizons and of course to Kathy, Kosta and Chris who were instrumental in dad's settling in.<br>Audrey B.

The facility is fine but the administrator could improve communication style that would improve any experience with New Horizons.

I would like to commend the directors and entire staff in all departments at New Horizons for the hard work they have done this past year.<br>I think I can speak for a lot of the people here at the 370 building when I say we have enjoyed all the new activities, entertainment, and four special events we had. The last being the Christmas Brunch which was a complete surprise to everyone. The beautiful decorations, a four course dinner, which was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding.<br>Providing periodic Covid 19 testing and making the various vaccine shots available right here in the building was both convenient and appreciated .<br>These events and services will be hard to surpass and I look forward to what will be in store for 2024.
