The nursing staff and PT were very nice to my mother in law. I was disturbed to find a huge cockroach in her room on day one, but I let it go and didn't say anything. The place smells of urine, which I know sometimes can't be helped, but everyday? When she was released they said a home health company would be calling and of course they didn't. I called back to ask which one is supposed to be calling and they gave me a name. The person I spoke with was so rude, and uncaring. I called the one she said it was and there was NO ORDER. I called back and left a message for the social worker and she called me back and left a rude voicemail on how a company had been reaching out for days, which never happened and it was from a competely different company that I was told. We got a call today from another comapny that was never even mentioned. The lady who answers the phone should never even represent a company. Support staff gets 1 star!!

Clean, friendly, professional, excellent! My mother received wonderful treatment at Meadowpark, and they were very kind and accommodating when we were able to unexpectedly move our mom up to Tallahassee on very short notice. Had we kept her in the Tampa Bay area, we'd have been thrilled to have her continue to stay at Meadowpark!

We are very pleased with the care of our loved one. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean . The food is delicious from what the residents tell us. Maintenance has been working hard to update the facilities appearance. There seems to be a good amount of activities for the residents. I would definitely recommend Meadow Park to care for your loved ones.

Ramoneth the business office manager consistently goes above and beyond her responsibilities not only managing every detail of the office with professionalism and precision but also treating each resident with genuine care and respect. Her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly, and she approaches every challenge with positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership are amazing!
