Meadowbrook Staff is amazing! My Mother, Gertie Nichols, went from hospital to Meadowbrook for Rehab. She has since had one issue after another but has been taken care of with respect & Love. If there is ever a problem, just bring it to their attention, and it will be resolved. The facility is the cleanest which a wonderful cleaning staff cleans each room daily! Thank you for the love & concern you show not only to Mother, but c to Family & Friends who visit.

If you are looking for a place for your loved ones that you can trust, look no further than Meadowbrook Nursing Home. The staff were friendly, attentive and eager to learn when West Virginia K9 Search and Rescue attended the facility for their disaster drill. In the event of a disaster or your loved one would wander away, they are prepared to take action. It’s comforting to know that they coordinate with local resources, like our team to help take care of your loved ones.

Such a wonderful loving environment, staff is friendly and the residents there seem engaging and happy. I have noticed wonderful activities and constant engagement between staff and residents. Truly one of the nicest nursing homes.I've seen.

I’ve spent years on the road as a travel nurse, and after stepping into hundreds of different facilities around the Tri-State, VA, PA & Indiana, I can tell you that this place is in a league of its own. Most people don’t realize that as a traveler, I see the "behind the scenes" that families never get to see, and usually, you can feel the tension or the burnout the second you walk through the doors. This facility is the complete opposite; it is absolute top-tier. The management here is actually involved, which is a total rarity in this industry, and it trickles down to everything else. The staff aren't just going through the motions; they are genuinely friendly, they work as a team, and they actually care about the people in their beds. You can really see the difference in the residents' demeanor…they are just better here. They’re happy, they’re engaged, and they have everything they need without having to wait or struggle for it. It’s a night and day difference compared to the average nursing home where residents just seem like a number. When the environment is this healthy and the management actually supports the floor staff, the quality of care reaches a level you just don't find very often. I’ve been around the block more times than I can count, and this is one of the very few places I’ve seen where I would feel 100% comfortable putting my own family member. If you want a place where the culture is right and the residents are actually treated with dignity, this is it.
