I just started with always caring amonth ago and my experience has been wonderful. The front staff is awsome and the communication with them is wonderful

They don't let you know if your caregiver is not going to be there. They told my husband that my caregiver would continue to come until my account switched over to my new caregivers. Would not recommend always care giving. I had four or five caregivers from always caring. They was all lazy wouldn't do anything except for sit in my recliner and sleep or put fake nails and nail polish on. I would not reccomend always caring at all. One lady had some psychological issues, one was going to school and had boyfriend problems and was on the phone the time she was here and the other time curled up in the recliner sleep. They don’t train their employees correctly. They don’t show them how to use a lift and they can't lift on the patient. Very rude when you call the office. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I am so happy with VILLAGE CAREGIVING.i would highly reccomend them. They always let you know a head of time if your aid is coming or not. They are very professional. I am so happy with my caregiver that I have through village caregiving.
