They are short staff. Takes hours for some one to come after you press your button. The food is nothing to brag about. Charged extra for little things that the staff do for you. Cheaper and better care if you just stay in your own house and hire a private sitter

My dad lived here for over two years and both the staff and facilities here are wonderful. They did an outstanding job during COVID, keeping everyone safe, and I can’t say enough great things about Wanda, Nancy, Ashley, Lois, Harper, Tyler, Bonnie, Loretta and all the staff that work here. The people who work here clearly love their jobs and form personal relationships with the residents, they know them all by name.

My father in law was in the memory care unit.<br>He was only there 3 months before he passed away.<br>This facility is far better than any place I have ever seen.<br>The staff is friendly, caring and professional.<br>This is the only facility that I have ever seen that was NOT under staffed.<br>They were very considerate and caring during his passing.<br>I highly recommend Bellaire
